From Digging to Disposal of our products, we are committed to creating CleanTech products in every step of our process. Many companies claim to have CleanTech products or products that offer an environmental benefit such as carbon capture or reduced energy, however most CleanTech products are still have dangerous components either in the manufacturing or in the disposal of their products. We are taking the lead in committing to developing products that are safe to acquire, manufacture, use, and dispose of.

Digging

We source select clays from local deposits which are being displaced by new infrastructure projects or on previously disturbed land from other industrial activities.

Disposal

Our adsorbent does not leachate or further contaminate land or water making it safe for landfills or backfilling excavations.

transport

Unlike other minerals that need to be transported hundreds of kilometers for processing, our clay deposits are close to our facility reducing our emissions and transport costs.

Reclaiming

Used product can be processed to capture the phosphorus as a bi-product. Clay could be recycled and used again making it sustainable.

We purify our clay using R/O Water and mechanical methods free from chemicals or acids creating a safe environment for workers.

Application

Our adsorbent is safe to use in water bodies such as ponds, lakes, and dugouts. Several Industries will benefit from our wide applications.

Manufacturing

Once formulated, we use natural binding agents and water to pelletize our product. We are researching how to lower our energy consumption currently during this phase.
